Leadership Development Programme
This programme provides a comprehensive approach to developing your leaders. Our programme is split into three levels, from introductory to experienced, and can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your business. We will guide your leaders through each module, equipping them with the skills and confidence to succeed.
The Programme is ideally delivered at your place of business, with six one-day visits spanning a six-month period. Each month a new subject is delivered and the previous subject is reviewed. An additional day is offered where the students present their findings to their seniors. Bespoke programmes can be designed, but some typical examples are given below
Level 1

For new or prospective leaders ' Give us the tools and we'll do the job' Winston Churchill

This introductory course could typically include; Introduction to Leadership, Communication, Team Leading, Motivation, Delegation and presentation skills.

Level 2

For established leaders ' If you can dream it, you can do it' Walt Disney

Here we take a more scientific and detailed approach to leading and managing a team. This course could include: Time Management, Managing Absence, Managing Conflict, performance management, Decision making, Effective Appraisals.

Level 3

Senior leaders ' An ounce of performance is worth pounds of promises ' Mae West

This programme tends to have less students and it is aimed at departmental managers and above. It is project led, with each student being tasked to identify real productivity and/or performance improvements within your organisation.

We believe that the best way to grow is by taking on challenging projects and seeing them to completion. This method of learning broadens a student's knowledge of your organisation and helps develop valuable skills and confidence.

The course could typically include; Identifying the Project, Understanding what success looks like, Data Analysis, Measuring Performance, Research, Planning, Presenting your Findings, Project Implementation, Monitoring, Control and Review.
